MEET COACH JADA

From her own experience Jada understands how overwhelming health and fitness can seem, she is able to relate to feeling like you're doing EVERYTHING but not seeing any results.

 

Jada's mission is to show women that you CAN get results, you CAN be confident in yourself and you CAN love your body, WITHOUT feeling like it's all too overwhelming, over restrictive and unsustainable.

Initial Meal Plan & Education around food tracking

Weekly 1:1 Progress Check-Ins
